Returns :

Warranty :

All watches & jewellery sold by Cosmoshop NZ are covered for a minimum of 1 year for issues relating to their internal mechanics. We only cover manufacturers defects for sunglasses.

All stock are held in our NZ warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island, with extended times for rural areas. Reliable and fast service across New Zealand. We also offer economy and express delivery to Australia.

Please note that for certain Rochet Jewellery and Boccia watches, there is a 1-2 day EXTRA processing time due to stock moving accross our warehouses between CHCH and AUK.
