Clear, straightforward watch servicing in Auckland CBD. We offer watch battery replacement for a $20 flat fee, watch strap or bracelet adjustment for a $10 flat fee, and watch appearance restoration for a $50 flat fee.
Pressure testing starts at $50 for 5 ATM, with an additional $10 for each ATM above 5 ATM. This service is professionally outsourced and normally takes 1–2 business days.

Repair days
We are open for watch repairs on Monday and Friday, 11am - 5pm.
If you come outside of repair days, you are welcome to drop the watch or item off to reception. We will service it on the following repair day.
Drop-off and pickup
Watch-repair drop-off and collection is handled through our Auckland CBD office. See Office & Pickup Information for the current address, general physical office hours and directions within the building.
- Please direct your watch or item to the Regus reception.
- Please give the receptionist your name and phone number.
- Please include a small note that says “Cosmoshop repair”.
- Turnaround depends on the selected service and the condition of the watch.
- Pressure testing is professionally outsourced and normally takes 1–2 business days.
- Same-day battery replacement or strap adjustment may be available by appointment. Please ask us in advance.
