Cosmoshop sells genuine products sourced through established New Zealand and Australian distributors and suppliers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products, and we do not parallel import watches.

Why our prices can be lower

  • We operate online with appointment-based pickup instead of a traditional retail storefront.
  • We buy selected products in bulk where possible.
  • Product model and warranty information remains traceable through the relevant supply channel.

Authorised watch-brand warranties

The following warranty periods apply to authorised-dealer products, subject to each manufacturer's terms, exclusions and assessment. Product-specific documentation takes priority if it states different coverage.

Making a warranty claim

  1. Contact Cosmoshop first with your order details and a description of the fault.
  2. Provide clear photos or video where useful.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending the product.
  4. The product is assessed by the relevant manufacturer, distributor, authorised service agent or Cosmoshop technician, depending on the warranty.
  5. We will advise the outcome after assessment.

Do not send a product without contacting us first. Manufacturer warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, distributor or authorised service agent after assessment. Cosmoshop can coordinate the claim but cannot override their technical decision.

Cosmoshop one-year in-house warranty

For eligible watches where Cosmoshop is not an authorised dealer for the brand, we provide a default one-year in-house warranty unless the product page states different terms.

This is intended to cover eligible watch faults arising during normal use. It does not automatically cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, loss, theft, cosmetic wear or use outside the product's stated specifications.

New Zealand consumer rights

Nothing in our warranty arrangements limits rights or remedies that may apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
