Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original text, graphics, page layouts, banners and other material created by or for Cosmoshop (Tapui) Limited are protected by copyright.

Some product photos, specifications, videos, artwork, trade marks, service marks and logos are supplied by or belong to manufacturers, distributors, brands or other third parties. Those rights remain with their owners.

Cosmoshop is an independent retailer. We are an authorised dealer or stockist for selected brands and may sell other genuine products under different warranty arrangements. Brand names and logos are used to identify and describe the products offered for sale.

Product images and information

Product media may be created by Cosmoshop or supplied through brand, manufacturer or distributor channels. Technical specifications may also come from those sources.

If an illustrative image appears inconsistent with the listed model or SKU, contact us before ordering. The confirmed model or SKU identifies the product supplied.

Normal personal use

You may generally:

browse the website for personal shopping;
save or print your order confirmation, invoice or a product page for personal records;
share a direct link to a Cosmoshop page; and
use built-in website sharing functions.

Permission is required for commercial reuse

Republishing Cosmoshop text, guides, graphics, banners or photography
Using website content in another store, marketplace listing or advertisement
Removing watermarks, ownership notices or brand attribution
Scraping or systematically downloading content to create a commercial database
Using Cosmoshop branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation
