How to request a Price Beat

1. Find a lower advertised price for the identical product.
2. Send us the Cosmoshop product link and competitor's live product page.
3. We verify the seller, model, stock, delivery charges and offer conditions, then confirm whether the request is approved.

Conditions

• The request must be made before you purchase from Cosmoshop.
• The competing product must be the same brand, model/reference, colour or variant and condition.
• Both Cosmoshop and the competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate sale.
• The competitor offer must be publicly advertised online and verifiable.
• We compare the total delivered price, including compulsory delivery charges and fees.
• The competitor must be an established New Zealand retailer selling genuine goods.
• Warranty, authorised-dealer status, sourcing and included items must be reasonably comparable.
• An approved Price Beat normally cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless we confirm otherwise.

Exclusions

• Second-hand, used, refurbished, ex-display, demonstration or damaged products
• Private sellers, auction listings or unverifiable marketplace offers
• Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, insolvency or one-off auction pricing
• Grey-market, parallel-import or counterfeit products where supply or warranty differs
• Pricing errors or offers the competitor refuses to honour
• Member, employee, trade, wholesale, corporate, loyalty, subscription or personalised pricing
• Bundles, gifts, cashback, store credit or offers that cannot be compared directly
• Out-of-stock or back-order competitor products
• Overseas offers where currency, taxes, duties, delivery or warranty make the comparison materially different
