These are the general physical office and ready-order collection hours. Service-specific appointments may have separate availability where stated on the relevant service page.

Pickup orders

Wait until you receive your “Ready for pickup” email before travelling.

Once that email has been sent, your paid pickup order can be collected during the Physical office hours above without booking a pickup appointment.

Kindly let the receptionist know that you’re here to collect a pickup order from Cosmoshop, and show the “Ready for pickup” email page to the receptionist. The customer name and order number displayed at the top of the email are used to identify the correct order.

Regus reception is the collection handover point. Reception cannot provide product advice, try-ons, watch adjustments, return assessments or warranty assessments on Cosmoshop’s behalf.

Pre-purchase visits

Our Auckland office is not a casual walk-in retail showroom. If you want to browse, try on or physically view a product before buying, please book an appointment in advance.
