Shipping & Pickup

We ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia using tracked NZ Post services. Auckland pickup is also available for eligible orders; once your order is confirmed ready for pickup, no collection appointment is required.

New Zealand delivery

These are NZ Post delivery targets and are measured from the working day NZ Post accepts the parcel. Rural, remote, peak-period, weather or network disruptions may take longer. See NZ Post domestic delivery updates for current network information.

Australia delivery

These Australia targets are based on NZ Post's Zone A delivery targets. The delivery target begins when NZ Post accepts the parcel. Customs clearance, delivery outside major cities, peak periods, weather or carrier network disruptions may extend delivery time. Dispatch and tracking

In-stock orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days unless the product page states otherwise.
Pre-orders, special orders and products requiring preparation may take longer.
Tracking is emailed after the parcel is handed to NZ Post.
Please check your delivery details before placing the order.

Auckland pickup

Eligible orders can be collected from our Auckland CBD office after we send the “Ready for pickup” confirmation. A pickup appointment is not required once the order is ready.

Watch adjustments before shipping

Selected bracelet or watch adjustments can be requested in the order notes. Include clear instructions such as the number of links to remove or your wrist measurement. This may add preparation time.

If you forgot to add the request, email support@cosmoshop.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.

NZ Post compensation cover

The limits above are NZ Post's standard maximum compensation limits and are subject to NZ Post's current terms, item eligibility, packaging, addressing, evidence and claim deadlines. They are not guaranteed payouts and the amount approved can be lower.

Missing or damaged parcels

Check the NZ Post tracking history and delivery details.
If the parcel is damaged or contents are missing, contact NZ Post and Cosmoshop promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
For a parcel that appears lost, start an NZ Post enquiry promptly. Their domestic business-service terms generally require a total-loss claim within 21 days after sending.
Keep the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping labels and product while the enquiry is open.
Email support@cosmoshop.co.nz with your order number, tracking number, NZ Post reference and clear photos where relevant.
