- We dispatch ALL our products via NZ-Post from our Auckland warehouse. Please note that shipping times are only estimates and that weather, holidays etc can effect the shipping duration.

Returns :

All watches & jewellery sold by Cosmoshop NZ are covered for a minimum of 1 year for issues relating to their internal mechanics. We only cover manufacturers defects for sunglasses.

All stock is held in our NZ warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island, with extended times for rural areas. Reliable and fast service across New Zealand.

Please note that for certain Rochet Jewellery and Boccia watches, there is a 1-2 day EXTRA processing time due to stock moving accross our warehouses between CHCH and AUK.

You're welcome to pick up your order directly from us. To arrange a pickup, continue your order and there will be the option to pick-up from our office address.
