Returns:

Warranty:

All watches and jewellery sold by Cosmoshop NZ are covered for a minimum of 1 year for issues relating to their internal mechanics. For sunglasses, we cover manufacturer defects only.

All stock is held in our NZ warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island, with extended times for rural areas. We provide fast, reliable service across New Zealand and also offer economy and express delivery to Australia.

Please note that certain Rochet Jewellery and Boccia watches require 1-2 extra business days of processing while stock is moved between our Christchurch and Auckland warehouses.
