All our watches are sourced from authorized distributors or reputed dealers throughout EU/SG/UK. We ensure that our watches are not factory seconds, replicas, or refurbished through extensive quality checks and viewing supplier agreements between the brand owners and our distributors. On occasion, we may offer second-hand goods, and this will be clearly specified in the item title and description. In summary, we offer to clear out old stock for many jewelry businesses to help them liquidate, then we pass the savings onto you! 

For our jewellery, we have a close partnership with a reputable Auckland-based jeweller with over 20 years of experience in retailing jewellery and watches. They also serve as the watch repair service center for any warranty claims.

All our products come with a 1 year in-house warranty that replaces the manufacturer's warranty. If not stated otherwise, this will be the case for all watches. This warranty covers only the internal mechanisms of the watch itself.

**General wear and tear, water damage from improper use is NOT covered under our warranty. If our technician discovers that this has been the case, return postage will be charged to the buyer.

Some brands (displayed below) are covered under their brands manufacturers warranty.

All our watches come complete with the original packaging, tags, warranty booklets, and of course, the watch itself. You can expect to receive everything you would if you purchased directly from the brand itself. Sometimes in rare cases, watches may come with a different packaging as shown in the photos, but we will make sure to delivery as per the SKU.
