All of our Watches/Jewellery/Sunglasses are sourced either through their respective distributors or reputable industry wholesalers. We guarantee that our products are free from any serial number tampering and are not factory seconds or replicas. All of our stock comes from either Australia or New Zealand. 

Warranty
All of our products (excluding sunglasses) are covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Our in-house watch team handles all warranty assessments and repairs to ensure fast, professional support. We also have a strategic partnership with an Auckland based jeweller, whom has over 20+ years of industry experience in Jewellery and Watch repairs. 

Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, Fragrance, Beauty Products, Writing Instruments and all non-watch items qualify for our 14-day return policy. Items that have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned. There is no repair warranty for Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, and Writing Instruments and all non-watch products currently.

Your Cosmo-Care warranty covers : 
- Battery 
- Manufacturing defects with movement

General wear and tear, water damage from improper use is NOT covered under our warranty. If our technician discovers that this has been the case, return postage will be charged to the buyer.

All our watches come complete with the original packaging, tags, warranty booklets, and of course, the watch itself. You can expect to receive everything you would if you purchased directly from the brand itself. Sometimes in rare cases, items may come with a different packaging as shown in the photos, but we will make sure to delivery as per the SKU.
