- We dispatch ALL our products via NZ-Post from our Auckland warehouse. Please note that shipping times are only estimates and that weather, holidays etc can effect the shipping duration.

Returns :

Warranty :

All watches sold by Cosmoshop NZ comes with a free 1 year NZ warranty. This warranty will be valid with proof of receipt or warranty card (NZ orders).

International warranty is covered for 12 months also. But the shipping cost for warranty claims will be split between buyer and seller.

All stock is held in our NZ warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island, with extended times for rural areas. Reliable and fast service across New Zealand.

Please note that for certain Rochet Jewellery and Boccia watches, there is a 1-2 day EXTRA processing time due to stock moving accross our warehouses between CHCH and AUK.
