Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. All shipped orders are sent with NZ Post, and tracking is emailed when the order is fulfilled. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination, selected shipping option, rural/remote delivery requirements and NZ Post target delivery times. Pickup orders do not receive a tracking number.
Dispatch timeframe
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Dispatch means the time it takes us to prepare and hand the parcel to NZ Post.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email when we fulfil a shipped order. Pickup orders do not receive NZ Post tracking because they are collected from our office.
Pickup orders
Pickup orders can be collected during business hours only after we send a ready-for-pickup email. Please do not travel before receiving that confirmation. If you want to physically look at an item before buying, email us first so we can confirm availability and book an appointment.
Missing, delayed or incorrect delivery details
If you need help with delivery, email support@cosmoshop.co.nz with your order number, for example #HJ1234. Email is the most reliable way to contact us because it keeps your order details, product link, photos and our reply in one clear written thread.
Before your parcel arrives
- Check that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
- Watch your email for fulfilment and tracking updates.
- Contact us quickly if you notice an address error.
