Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in sellable condition: unused, unworn, complete with tags, packaging and proof of purchase, and just as it was before being shipped out. Please email us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and match the parcel to your order.

  4. Please email us before sending anything back so we can approve and identify the return.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@cosmoshop.co.nz with your order number, for example #HJ1234.
  2. Tell us why you want to return the item and include photos if relevant.
  3. Wait for our reply before posting anything back.
  4. Pack the item safely in its original packaging and use a tracked shipping method.
  5. Once received, we inspect the item and process the approved refund or next step.

Return shipping costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to our error, damage or an incorrect item, contact us with photos so we can assess the best solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, payment provider and the original payment method.

Warranty

Where a brand manufacturer warranty applies, we support the product through the brand warranty. For other eligible watches, Cosmoshop provides at least 1 year CosmoCare mechanical warranty, including flat battery support and eligible mechanical movement faults. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper water exposure, sizing, engraving or modification-related issues.

Contact first: Email is the most reliable way to contact us because it keeps your order details, product link, photos and our reply in one clear written thread. For returns, refunds or warranty questions, include your order number and photos where helpful.
