Pickup and pre-purchase visits
Pickup orders can be collected during business hours only after we send a ready-for-pickup email. Please do not travel before receiving that confirmation. If you want to physically look at an item before buying, email us first so we can confirm availability and book an appointment.
Online support hours
Online support via email and messages is available all hours and days. If you contact us late at night, early in the day, on weekends or on public holidays, we may not reply until later when the team is next available.

- For product questions, send the product link or SKU.
- For delivery questions, include your tracking number if your order has shipped.
- For returns or warranty claims, include photos where relevant.
