Cosmoshop (Tapui) Limited is proud to be an authorised dealer for Citizen and Bulova in New Zealand and Australia. We’re happy to offer a “Request a Model” service, where you can ask us to source a specific Citizen/Bulova model we don’t currently stock. Our goal is simple: to get you the model you love - at a price you’ll love.
Typical lead time
All Citizen watches are shipped directly from Citizen HQ in Australia. This means it may take up to 5 business days to arrive at our Auckland office, then a further 1–2 business days to reach you. We’ll always dispatch via NZ Post Courier to get it to you ASAP.
50% Deposit required
We’ll email you a quote for the Citizen/Bulova model you’re after. If you’re happy with the price and would like to proceed, we’ll require a 50% deposit (bank transfer) to secure the watch. Please note the deposit is partially refundable - if you change your mind, 25% of the deposit is refundable. Once the remaining balance is paid, we’ll send a separate GST invoice for the final payment.
