We understand that sharp pricing can raise questions. Every product we sell is authentic, and we clearly separate brand warranty support from CosmoCare support.

Authenticity

Cosmoshop is an official stockist for selected brands including Citizen, Bulova, Adidas Originals, Boccia Titanium and Nike Eyewear. For brands where we specifically state official stockist or authorised dealer status, the applicable brand/manufacturer warranty terms apply. For other brands, products are sourced through reputable distributors, wholesalers or supply partners, and we do not sell replicas, factory seconds or serial-number-tampered stock.

Official stockist brands

At the very least, Cosmoshop is an official stockist for selected brands including Citizen, Bulova, Adidas Originals, Boccia Titanium and Nike Eyewear.

Warranty terms

Where a brand manufacturer warranty applies, we support the product through the brand warranty. For other eligible watches, Cosmoshop provides at least 1 year CosmoCare mechanical warranty, including flat battery support and eligible mechanical movement faults. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper water exposure, sizing, engraving or modification-related issues.

What warranty does not usually cover

General wear and tear from normal use.
Accidental damage, impact damage or misuse.
Improper water exposure or use outside the product’s stated water resistance.
Third-party sizing, repair, engraving or modification issues.
Packaging damage after delivery, unless reported immediately with evidence.

Checking before buying

Email is the most reliable way to contact us because it keeps your order details, product link, photos and our reply in one clear written thread. Send the product link or SKU and ask what you need to know about source, packaging, warranty or product details before checkout.

Warranty help after purchase

Email support@cosmoshop.co.nz with your order number, for example #HJ1234, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or short videos help us assess the issue faster.
